We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Waiter \/ Waitress<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Magodo, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Their duties include multi-tasking various front end duties, greeting clients and taking their orders, being a good team player and effectively communicating with members of the kitchen \/ bar about orders as well as ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly, carrying meals or beverages to the correct tables and collecting bills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area<\/li>\n<li>Prepare tables with dishes, glasses, and refills condiments<\/li>\n<li>Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems<\/li>\n<li>Greet and escort customers to their tables and provide excellent customer service to guests<\/li>\n<li>Take accurate food and drinks orders<\/li>\n<li>Offer menu recommendations upon request<\/li>\n<li>Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests<\/li>\n<li>Serve food and drink orders<\/li>\n<li>Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food and beverages<\/li>\n<li>Removes used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables<\/li>\n<li>Processes cash and credit card payments and returns change to customers if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Secondary School Certificate required<\/li>\n<li>At least two (2) years of experience as a waiter\/ waitress<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Good time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Active listening<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Work Under Pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th September, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
