JOB DESCRIPTION
\nDevising and maintaining office systems, data management and filing, organising, maintaining diaries and making appointments, manage incoming and outgoing correspondences on behalf of the COO, taking dictation, organising COO\u2019s engagements and taking minutes at meetings. Act as an interface between the COO\u2019s office, clients and other staff as well as coordinating COO\u2019s daily schedule.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS
\nHND or B.Sc in any of the Social Sciences, 1-3 years experience in similar role, must be smart, proactive and must possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
