We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to employ an HR officer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>The HR officer is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight to the labor process.<\/li>\n<li>He or she must be able to negotiate with diplomacy.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure success, the HR officer should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She must possess remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.<\/li>\n<li>Orientating new employees and training existing employees.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring employee performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing systematic staff development procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Providing counseling on policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in human resources.<\/li>\n<li>Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of employment legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Protecting the interests of all employees<\/li>\n<li>Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N120,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@mindaspetroleum.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@mindaspetroleum.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mindas Petroleum Limited is an integrated Oil and Gas company involved in the importation, supply and distribution of petroleum products.
