We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain client and project target list.<\/li>\n<li>Define clear strategies and schedules for achieving set targets.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prequalification of the Company with existing and potential customers, government agencies to enable Company to be able to bid for projects within its sphere of capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out risk identification, profit potential, and analysis for each business target.<\/li>\n<li>Manage tender submissions, including liaison with Operations, Planning and Development, Facilities, Administration, and Finance on submission of bid documents.<\/li>\n<li>Provide inputs to management based on market information to enable the Company to develop capabilities in areas that will give it strategic leverage for future projects.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and analyze market intelligence for new projects and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Conferences, Seminars, etc. set up and planning, follow-up, maintain a register forannual and regular events.<\/li>\n<li>Support during Tenders.<\/li>\n<li>Protocol support \u2013 Itinerary planning, meeting coordination, minutes collation, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Office visits and marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Support Procurement.<\/li>\n<li>Other roles may be assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. in Management Sciences or related course.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2-3 years working in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Proximity to Lekki is key.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge and skills in financial modeling and development of business models and plans, with a focus on significant financial analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional market and customer awareness and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of maritime, oil, and gas industries markets and companies.<\/li>\n<li>Legal and commercial skills to be able to deal with contractual and financial conditions in contracts and tenders.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent networking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in marine\/oil and gas is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized.<\/li>\n<li>Creatively minded, good at thinking \u2018outside the box.<\/li>\n<li>Skills of persuasion.<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration: <\/strong>N100,000 &#8211; N110,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@beckleyconsulting.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@beckleyconsulting.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th September, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beckley Consulting Limited &#8211; We are a company with a special focus on the provision of professional support services for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
