S\/he willwork directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions, process their orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responding to all forms of inquiries from customers and sales leads.<\/li>\n<li>Replying to messages on Instagram &amp; WhatsApp within 10-15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Responding to comments on all social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Following up on orders, and ensuring order fulfillment.<\/li>\n<li>Getting feedback from both customers and colleagues on all orders and inquiries made.<\/li>\n<li>Posting and sharing adverts on WhatsApp and Instagram stories.<\/li>\n<li>Collecting and recording customer information for payments and deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>Sending invoices and receipts to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Confirming payments made by customers; whether cash or transfer.<\/li>\n<li>Inputting orders to the order spreadsheet, and writing them on the whiteboard.<\/li>\n<li>Processing inter-state orders, and following up to ensure order fulfillment.<\/li>\n<li>Sending daily order list to operations supervisor for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Contacting logistics companies, and schedulingpick up once there is an order to ship<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. or HND in Mass Communication or any business-related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Certification in Customer Service\/Experience is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>At least one year of work experience in a customer service role.<\/li>\n<li>Must have great attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Must place a high premium on integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in customer service\/sales role(s).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be conversant with Microsoft Office Tools (Microsoft Word &amp; Excel especially).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt\/respond to different types of characters.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work effectively with little or no supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@owensxley.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@owensxley.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>6th October, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Owens &amp; Xley Consult &#8211; Our client, a fast growing supplier of baking tools, is recruiting to fill the position below: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Job Title: Customer Support Officer&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[19],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Owens &amp; Xley Consult Recent Job Recruitment - Apply Now!
