We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk \/ Customer Service Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep front desk clean, tidy, and supplied with all the necessary supplies<\/li>\n<li>Greet, communicate with and welcome guests<\/li>\n<li>Answer all the customers&#8217; questions and address their complaints<\/li>\n<li>Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed<\/li>\n<li>Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage outgoing mail<\/li>\n<li>Check, sort, and forward emails<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and update records and files<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and log office expenses and costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with 1 &#8211; 5 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with office machines (for example fax, printer etc.)<\/li>\n<li>In-depthknowledge of office management and bookkeeping<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)<\/li>\n<li>Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company\u2019s success<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinker and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Good time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N40,000 &#8211; N80,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:office@patodenergy.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">office@patodenergy.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st December, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PATOD Energy Limited &#8211; Our key focus is using renewable energy and technology in maximizing agricultural productivity in Africa and food security.
