We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head of Administration (Oil &amp; Gas)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Head of Admin (Oil &amp; Gas) is to provide office support to the team for smooth running of the business the duties include keeping proper records of the company truck, servicing and maintenance of trucks employing drivers and ensuring employed drivers are properly documented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make proper arrangement for the servicing of each trucks under the direct supervision of Admin Servicing<\/li>\n<li>Maintains adequate record of the physical body condition of trucks via check chart.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all filling station processes, staff and equipment, and ensure good balance between quality of job and timeliness<\/li>\n<li>Obtain sample of trucks service tank fuel(desk top)density at every supply and ensure compliance with companies policies<\/li>\n<li>Daily supervision and report of Trucks<\/li>\n<li>Manage the activity and maintenance of trucks<\/li>\n<li>Supervises depot representative and monitor records of loading and ensure proper filing of waybills.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and supervise the movement of spare parts from the store to mechanic and vice versa<\/li>\n<li>Spot problems and make timely decision, prior to finding competent alternative solution<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and reconcile fuel supplied and dispensed from the stationary tank<\/li>\n<li>Allocate trucks in accordance with laid down procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Make proper arrangement for the servicing of each trucks under the direct supervision of Admin Servicing<\/li>\n<li>Maintains adequate record of the physical body condition of trucks via check chart.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all filling station processes, staff and equipment, and ensure good balance between quality of job and timeliness<\/li>\n<li>Obtain sample of trucks service tank fuel(desk top)density at every supply and ensure compliance with companies policies<\/li>\n<li>Daily supervision and report of Trucks<\/li>\n<li>Manage the activity and maintenance of trucks<\/li>\n<li>Supervises depot representative and monitor records of loading and ensure proper filing of waybills.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and supervise the movement of spare parts from the store to mechanic and vice versa<\/li>\n<li>Spot problems and make timely decision, prior to finding competent alternative solution<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and reconcile fuel supplied and dispensed from the stationary tank<\/li>\n<li>Allocate trucks in accordance with laid down procedure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Job Specific Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/li>\n<li>4 to 5 year&#8217;s relevant experience in Oil &amp; Gas down stream section is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Good planning and stress management skills<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in processing PEF document and payments of bills<\/li>\n<li>Avaliability to resolve operational issues outside of business hours.<\/li>\n<li>Track truck through OBC<\/li>\n<li>Extensive Experience in transport logistics and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and execute task effectively<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi task and work under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their updated Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hradvertizer@yahoo.com\"><strong>hradvertizer@yahoo.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;Head of Administration (Oil &amp; Gas)&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th October, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ama-Zuma Group was established on the basis integrity and commitment to excellence.
