We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Shift Leader<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Maiduguri, Borno<br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> req28917<br \/>\n<strong>Team:<\/strong> Production \/ Supply Chain Operations<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Main responsibility is to ensures shift\/line production plan execution, providing products of defined quality, at optimal cost, by organizing team members and available assets, while minimizing waste and impact to environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your New Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizes work allocation on the line within shift to ensure optimal production plan execution and preventive maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Organizes and conducts effective Shift review meetings addressing shift performance and identifying improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures teams compliance with internal policies, procedures, and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures shifts\/ teams KBIs delivery (Product Quality, H&amp;S, SLE, Yields, GMP, Material Wastage).<\/li>\n<li>Makes certain that shift reports are prepared on time and according to agreed requirements &#8211; Including SAP production confirmation, downtime reporting &amp; emergency breakdown notifications.<\/li>\n<li>Stops the production immediately if there is an objective evidence that the product or package do not meet TCCQS, HACCP, ISO 21000 requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that team members develop the right skills set for performing their job effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Supports and suggests continuous processes improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Management may, at its discretion, assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Need To Be Successful:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education \/ Knowledge \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years relevant production experience<\/li>\n<li>Technical sustainability: Quality, Environment and H&amp;S<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of products &amp; processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Do You Have These Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of Bottling technology<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Maintenance procedures<\/li>\n<li>Organizational &amp; Time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and interpretation of policies, procedures, and systems in Manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Delegation &amp; priorities setting skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem soMng skills<\/li>\n<li>Drive for results<\/li>\n<li>High integrity<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and right mindset<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively<\/li>\n<li>Full knowledge of CCH &amp; TCCC System, policies, and all relevant standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cchellenic.csod.com\/ux\/ats\/careersite\/19\/home\/requisition\/28917?c=cchellenic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) is the world&#8217;s largest beverage company, refreshing consumers with more than 500 sparkling and still brands.
