We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Junior Data Entry Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Sango Ota, Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Entry Officer will be responsible for gathering and capturing information into computer databases.<\/li>\n<li>This will also include: gathering documents from various sources, extracting information from these documents, capturing data into databases, storing the files, managing and efficient maintenance of both hard and soft copy files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transfer data from hardcopy\/paper formats into computer files or database<\/li>\n<li>Scanning and uploading documents to SharePoint\/One Drive and other official designated portals<\/li>\n<li>Create naming convention of all documents for upload to SharePoint\/One Drive and other official designated portals<\/li>\n<li>Create spreadsheets, verify data and compare with source documents<\/li>\n<li>Update and retrieve documents from database or electronic files<\/li>\n<li>Sort, organize and store paperwork after data entering<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular backups to prevent loss of data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience, Education and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc \/ HND\u00a0in relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>2 Years Experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as Data Entry Officer with clerical abilities<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills with knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of office tools and stationeries<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of computer databases<\/li>\n<li>Good command of both oral and written English<\/li>\n<li>Customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain and keep confidential information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>12th October, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
