We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Manual Pet Blowing Operator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Onitsha, Anambra<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To operate the PET machine blowing<\/li>\n<li>To operate the PET machine through HMI with in specific parameter<\/li>\n<li>To minimize down time<\/li>\n<li>To prioritize the safety measure<\/li>\n<li>To maintain the GMP practice<\/li>\n<li>To minimize the rejection of bottle. (Losses)<\/li>\n<li>To get the optimum production as per rated capacity<\/li>\n<li>Makes adjustments to machine controls to correct<\/li>\n<li>Set up machinery for operation<\/li>\n<li>Start machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance<\/li>\n<li>Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all safety and health regulations<\/li>\n<li>Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area<\/li>\n<li>All health and safety procedures to be followed<\/li>\n<li>Complying to food safety guidelines as provided in quality and safety standards as updated from time to time under different standards<\/li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of four (4) years work experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing firm<\/li>\n<li>Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Must be detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of production and plant processes<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement<\/li>\n<li>Ability to follow written and oral instructions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)<\/li>\n<li>A strong strategic and business mindset<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their updated CV to:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:abuja@hrleverageafrica.com\"><strong>abuja@hrleverageafrica.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>19th September, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HRLeverage delivers excellent spectrum of HR Business Solutions and strategic management support services through a customs built approach for organisations.
