We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Factory Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.<\/li>\n<li>Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in any relevant experiences<\/li>\n<li>8-10 years Proven work experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory (Food and Beverage company)<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience in solvent extraction plant preferably<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong management and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th October, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
