We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Purchasing Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Oyingbo, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The successful Purchasing Assistant is quality driven and detail-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>This role assists the Purchasing Manager with daily project administrative tasks so that they can spend their time on operations and strategic development with an aim towards resolving current and future order issues.<\/li>\n<li>The Purchasing Assistant compiles and sends purchase orders after Purchasing Manager reviews and approves.<\/li>\n<li>This role verifies orders are received by vendors and processed.<\/li>\n<li>The Purchasing Assistant compiles acknowledgements for Purchasing Manager\u2019s review and actively manages all administrative tasks to assist Purchasing Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists sorting of specs by vendors for Purchasing Manager\u2019s review.<\/li>\n<li>When ready to be sent, scans PO\u2019s and email to vendors verifying receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Documents purchase orders in the project transaction report.<\/li>\n<li>Compiles acknowledgements for Manager review<\/li>\n<li>Updates transaction summary report daily.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors warehouse receipt reports and updates transactions summary reports daily.<\/li>\n<li>Notifies Purchasing Manager of any vendor shipping delays to be addressed.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors warehouse receipt reports for any file claims.<\/li>\n<li>All other duties as assigned by Purchasing Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess an HND \/ OND qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N50,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:avanthalogen18@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>avanthalogen18@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8216;Purchasing Assistant&#8217; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>29th October, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avant Halogen is an integrated talent risk management and outsourcing solutions company.
