We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Technical)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The administrative assistant, will help manage and coordinate the affairs of the aftersales department together with the Head, Aftersales.<\/li>\n<li>While the Head, Aftersales coordinates operations, the administrative assistant organizes technical team compliance to standard operating procedures and liaises with customers to ensure efficiency in the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be the first point of access to customers by receiving customer requests\/complaints through the aftersales email or phone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and coordinate technician\u2019s schedules with the approval of the Head, Aftersales<\/li>\n<li>Handle and approve travel arrangements, departmental procurements, maintenance of gadgets and other admin related functions in the department.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the company\u2019s administrative officer to communicate and implement company policies in the admin department.<\/li>\n<li>Review reports and invoices from the technician<\/li>\n<li>Work in collaboration with the customer service department to achieve synergy and ensure efficiency in operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ND, HND \/ B.Sc qualification.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years\u2019 experience in Admin\/Customer Service role<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with using office suites as well as google suites<\/li>\n<li>Technical experience is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:lizzy.bika@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>lizzy.bika@willerssolutions.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th October, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
