We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Manager (Media)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong> Media &amp; Advertising Company<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify potential clients to offer them advertising services<\/li>\n<li>Initiate discussions with customers through emails, calls, and scheduled meetings<\/li>\n<li>Deliver sales pitches convincing clients to subscribe for an advertising space<\/li>\n<li>Highlight the benefits of various ad services and their capacity to reach a target market<\/li>\n<li>Provide clients with advertising sales materials to aid them in choosing appropriate service<\/li>\n<li>Explain the features of available ad space and their accompanying rates<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the hiring and daily operations of advertising sales representatives<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement standards for pricing to ensure optimal returns for an ad company, as well as a satisfied customer base<\/li>\n<li>Carry out market research to identify new techniques to advertising sales<\/li>\n<li>Proffer expert recommendations to clients on more suitable advertising services based on cost and viewership<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with heads of various departments in an advertising company to take important decisions as related to the choice of advertising media and advertising strategies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a good working relationship with clients to ensure effective business dealings<\/li>\n<li>Conduct price negotiations with clients on behalf of an advertising company to reach favourable prices for both parties<\/li>\n<li>Prepare advertising budgets set targets, and assign job duties<\/li>\n<li>Review media placements and ad campaigns to ensure they meet all clients\u2019 specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar industry<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Decision-making Skill<\/li>\n<li>Management Skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th October, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
