We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Market Manager, Humanitarian and Development &#8211; West Africa &#8211; 6 Months Contract<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Requisition ID:<\/strong> R-132588<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> 6 Months Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business development and sales, working in close collaboration with International Market and vertical Solutions Sales team to secure Community Pass commercial contracts;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for H&amp;D programs enablement and execution, in accordance with clients and market team defined success criteria \u2013 scale, usage, impact, commercial success, customer satisfaction, product relevance, operational efficiencies;<\/li>\n<li>Defining, Organizing and Coordinating internal and external stakeholder\u2019s activities in accordance with program goals and timelines \u2013 project manager, marketing, technology, product, legal, compliance, business and operations;<\/li>\n<li>Develop program documentation, in collaboration with other H&amp;D verticals, core team and clients \/ partners: Scope, Target Operating Model, KPIs \/ Success Criteria, M&amp;E framework, Organizational Structure, Risk Matrix, Cost Management;<\/li>\n<li>Assessing program strengths, Analyzing risks, Suggesting improvement areas, Managing changes and interventions to ensure program goals achieved;<\/li>\n<li>Managing budget to ensure program continuity and success;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate program monitoring and evaluation;<\/li>\n<li>Producing and communicating accurate and timely reporting throughout program lifecycle to program team and executives \/ sponsors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree (or its equivalent) in IT, Project Management or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in managing technology and\/or development related programs<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in program management<\/li>\n<li>Versatile with experience \/ background in business, technology and operations<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in stakeholders management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Result and Process oriented<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Relationship building and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Diagnostic, analytical and decision making skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellence in coordinating complex multi stakeholders ecosystems<\/li>\n<li>Conflict resolution<\/li>\n<li>Success oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/mastercard.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/CorporateCareers\/job\/Lagos-Nigeria\/Market-Manager--Humanitarian-and-Development---West-Africa_R-132588\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
