We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Grill Cook<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are searching for an accomplished grill cook to create meals in accordance with customers&#8217; preferences.<\/li>\n<li>The grill cook&#8217;s responsibilities include preparing ingredients, informing waitstaff when orders are ready, and cleaning the grill after each shift.<\/li>\n<li>You should also monitor inventory to ensure that you have sufficient supplies at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables.<\/li>\n<li>Braising and grilling meat and vegetables.<\/li>\n<li>Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.<\/li>\n<li>Preventing cross-contamination.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing meals in accordance with customers&#8217; preferences, if applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with waitstaff once orders are finalized.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Informing the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree, OND qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience as a cook, preferably with a focus on grilling.<\/li>\n<li>Desire for continuous learning and professional development.<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to stand for long hours.<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of food safety guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Level-headed with outstanding interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to the production of high-quality outputs and excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@remarkablefoodservice.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@remarkablefoodservice.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>4th November, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Do not apply for this role if you do not have the above stated requirements<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Remarkable foods is a subsidiary of RevolutionPlus Group inclusive of (Remarkable food, Remarkable Bakery and Remarkable Water).
