Job Title:\u00a0Hotel Duty Manager<\/p>\n

Job Location: Anambra
\nIndustry: Hospitality & Leisure<\/p>\n

Job Description
\n\u2022 Managing the premises on a daily basis
\n\u2022 Management of junior staff which includes compiling of staff rosters, stock control, placing orders, etc
\n\u2022 Managing the bar, restaurant and conference areas, along with general hotel and reception duties<\/p>\n

Knowledge and Skills Required
\n\u2022 Must have at least 4 years\u2019 experience in events or hotel background
\n\u2022 Must have a minimum of OND\/ HND degree in any relevant discipline
\n\u2022 Must be customer-focused with strong people management skills
\n\u2022 Must be a natural leader with good communication skills
\n\u2022 Must have a passion for the hospitality industry and driving sales through effective training and customer service
\n\u2022 Must have a high standard of personal presentation and be able to exceed the highest arena of customers
\n\u2022 Must possess the ability to remain calm under pressure
\n\u2022 Must Possess both interpersonal and leadership skills<\/p>\n
