We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Procurement Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement Cruxstone&#8217;s Procurement PPP for the procurement of goods and service to meet specific organizational requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential suppliers who can provide required quality goods\/service at the most competitive price, at the right time and to the right location.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor suppliers\u2019 performance to ensure high quality of goods\/service and timely delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that favorable terms, conditions of sale, warranties, after sale support services are negotiated and agreed with suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Issue RFI\/RFQ\/RFP to suppliers and ensure to receive responses at the required time.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare analysis of quotations\/bids within Timelines\/SLA<\/li>\n<li>Convert requisitions to POs in line with agreed SLA<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other departments to understand their requirement upfront<\/li>\n<li>Analyse trends and market conditions for present and future pricing, availability, lead-time, and capacity of suppliers for specific goods and services.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance of Supplier for increased productivity (Supplier management)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all regulatory and shipping document (in line with Nigerian Customs requirement) are proactively processed to ensure goods are cleared within the shortest possible time, without incurring demurrage<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular progress and status reports to stakeholders on stock levels and provide monthly strategic procurement and Warehouse report to the CEO<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a relevant field. Master\u2019s degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Professional Certification like CIPS would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Detailed and pays optimum attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of importation processes and required documents<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of best procurement practices<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Contracting principles<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and provide results within limited time lines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with and manage Suppliers and End users.<\/li>\n<li>Good negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good reporting and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of ERP for medium size organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Team spirit<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5-7 years\u2019 work experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Being a qualified member of CIPS would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Some Key Performance Indicators:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Procurement Policy adherence<\/li>\n<li>% on Time delivery within Scope &amp; Budget (unit price)<\/li>\n<li>Audit Score Rating<\/li>\n<li>Procurement Initiatives<\/li>\n<li>% SLA Compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:account@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">account@willerssolutions.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0 using &#8220;Procurement Specialist&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th October, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
