We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a passionate Project Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.<\/li>\n<li>Project Management responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned projects.<\/li>\n<li>Project managers will liaise between customers and sales teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast and track all scheduling operations and billings for each month utilizing principles of project management and provide feedback on resources and allocations.<\/li>\n<li>Clearly communicate the progress of monthly\/quarterly results.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for overall results for the projects you manage.<\/li>\n<li>Building a team atmosphere and executing a staff development plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil &amp; Structural Engineering<\/li>\n<li>HSE Certification would be plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Telecom Infrastructure Domain will be preferred<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 7 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Functional:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven Project Management or other relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Project Management certifications a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including the executive and C-levels.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Behavioural:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaboration &amp; Teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:peace.nwachukwu@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">peace.nwachukwu@willerssolutions.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th October, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
