This person will be a key partner to the Strategic Business Units.<\/li>\n<li>You will drive performance, own the development of our managers\/employee groups and above all ensure we continue to provide an incredible work environment with having fun at the center of all we do<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How you will fulfill your potential?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with department heads to deliver on strategic HR initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Consult with leaders to execute people-related strategies around performance management, employee relationships, coaching, organizational development, and learning &amp; development.<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching to business leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Drive consistency in employee experience and engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Share business performance metrics with key internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate the impact that change will bring to the bottom line<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good First Degree in any discipline. Relevant Masters\u2019 degree will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 8 years working experience in Human Resources.<\/li>\n<li>A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage e.g. CIPD, SHRM, etc<\/li>\n<li>Coaching \/Leadership \/ Influencing<\/li>\n<li>Initiative\/Entrepreneurship\/ taking ownership<\/li>\n<li>Organization &amp; coordination<\/li>\n<li>General managerial \/administration<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Management<\/li>\n<li>Engagement skills<\/li>\n<li>Business Acumen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can expect excellent benefits, personal development, and a career that&#8217;s enriching and full of opportunity!
