We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Terminal Manager &#8211; Head Office<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Involved in the selection process of qualified branch\/route trainers in compliance with the HR department<\/li>\n<li>Plan monthly training work plan and ensure implementation<\/li>\n<li>Assess and carry out checks on all branch\/route trainers and their works<\/li>\n<li>Localize the materials according to factory guideline for NPL and oversee training across Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Implement training policies to guide all training activities<\/li>\n<li>Create, review, discuss and share training materials with BO trainers<\/li>\n<li>Carry out pre-test and post-test across all BO to analyze training needs and effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with trainers to find out training needs, plan for and train all branch\/route trainers<\/li>\n<li>Develop branch office trainers, their effeciency and training delivery<\/li>\n<li>Collate all branch trainers\u2019 reports, analyze reports and plan for needed work<\/li>\n<li>Motivate all trainers to be better at their work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Computer Science or related course<\/li>\n<li>2 years relevant working experience<\/li>\n<li>Worked in warehouse, stores and other related environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a high level of confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication<\/li>\n<li>Strong mobile product and technology knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills, online forms, MS Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send a copy of their\u00a0CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:vivojobnigeria@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>vivojobnigeria@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th October, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0We will ONLY reach out to qualified candidates within 2 weeks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vivo Nigeria is a subsidiary of Vivo Global; the producers of Vivo smart phone.
