We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Associate &#8211; Risk &amp; Compliance<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct Risk Assessment on products, clients\/merchants with applicable remediation initiatives in line with KYC\/CDD\/AML Guidelines;<\/li>\n<li>Develop, manage, refine, and document regulatory compliance processes to manage regulatory risk;<\/li>\n<li>Engage in Transaction and Client activity monitoring to ensure prompt detection and prevention of fraudulent and\/or money laundering trends;<\/li>\n<li>Review and ensure compliance with AML-CFT Policies (and other applicable policies) as well as manage related enquiries;<\/li>\n<li>Perform Sanctions Screening, PEP, Adverse Media Checks<\/li>\n<li>Conduct reviews of existing policies, procedures, and processes to identify any compliance gaps monitor regulatory changes and assisting in making the necessary updates to the Company\u2019s policies, procedures, and processes;<\/li>\n<li>Perform compliance testing on new products, documenting compliance gaps, and suggesting improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) during PCI DSS Assessment as well as other IT Security\/ISO Assessments applicable to the business;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Regulatory Compliance Research (Pan African);<\/li>\n<li>Ensure seamless regulatory\/partner engagements across operating markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex information<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years in Risk &amp; Compliance Operations preferably in Fintech, Financial Institution or related Industry (Remittance Operations, Liquidity\/Treasury Management, Card Acquiring)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Card Schemes\u2019 rules, risk &amp; Compliance programs is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of CBN AML\/KYC guidelines and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Compliance related certificate such as CAMS, CFE or equivalent is desirable<\/li>\n<li>A keen interest in detecting suspicious transactions and user behaviour<\/li>\n<li>Basic &#8211; Intermediate MS Excel skills are key<\/li>\n<li>Must be flexible with time i.e. must be able to work extended hours<\/li>\n<li>Must be always reachable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary<\/li>\n<li>Pension<\/li>\n<li>Healthcare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/apply.workable.com\/multigate\/j\/C76FD24A2F\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Multigate is a financial technology company focused on providing solutions that cut across payments acquisition, processing and remittance as well as treasury and cash management for domestic and international corporates&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[43],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Multigate Ongoing Employment Opportunity - Apply Now!
