We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Benin City, Edo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are recruiting\u00a0for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to manage supply in our Benin City ride-hailing operations.<\/li>\n<li>You will be working closely with the Operations Manager(s) and Country Manager where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving supply milestones and key metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Lead in driver community management, communications and activities &#8211; being honest, transparent and engaging with drivers is our priority<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with local operations and other local\/HQ teams to collect and act on feedback gathered from the Benin City driver community<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on supply management in Benin City &#8211; working autonomously and taking initiatives to build brand reputation, driver retention and loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Be a subject matter expert of the industry and be an effective communicator between Bolt and the driver community<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute strategies\/initiatives to increase positive engagement with the driver community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have 2+ years of experience in an analytical position<\/li>\n<li>You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English<\/li>\n<li>You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day<\/li>\n<li>You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing<\/li>\n<li>You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently<\/li>\n<li>You thrive in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>You are detail-oriented and organised<\/li>\n<li>You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You will get extra credits for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high-growth company<\/li>\n<li>Experience in product launches or running a business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/2759296381\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bolt (formally Taxify) is one of the fastest growing startups in the world with over 30M happy customers in 30+ countries, from Europe to Mexico to Africa.
