We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Warehouse Store Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The successful candidate will be responsible for proper management of stock within their assigned section by directly managing and overseeing every activity performed on the stock in their assigned section.<\/li>\n<li>Also, supervising the picking and packing of items from the warehouse into picklists in the loading bay.<\/li>\n<li>The KPIs are picking accuracy and stock accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and manage stacking guidelines for all SKUs within assigned sections.<\/li>\n<li>Perform labeling of all SKU stacks in the assigned section.<\/li>\n<li>Perform capacity planning and allocation activities in conjunction with the procurement team to manage the space within the assigned section.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all stock movement activity within the assigned section.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to all warehouse policy and procedures regarding stock movement within the assigned section (eg. FIFO).<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily cycle counts and stock reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of the stock within the assigned section.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports on stock activity within the assigned section at the end of every shift.<\/li>\n<li>Provide reports for warehouse and procurement team on stock aging and movement velocity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements \/ Skills \/\u00a0<\/strong><b>Competencies<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in relevant fields.<\/li>\n<li>3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or record keeping in a supermarket e.g Shoprite, Ebeano, cash and carry, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.<\/li>\n<li>Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage the warehouse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:Tosin@nicolesinclair.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tosin@nicolesinclair.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st October, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nicole Sinclair is a dynamic Human Resources Consulting firm based in Lagos, Nigeria.
