We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Junior Sales and Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Yaba,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.<\/li>\n<li>To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the operation of a store (or number of stores) while taking accountability for reaching targets.<\/li>\n<li>You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals.<\/li>\n<li>Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>This is not limited to the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selling of companys Products in the store and online.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve sales and other targets given by your team lead\/supervisor within time-frame<\/li>\n<li>Carry out stocking and re-stocking of merchandise in the store.<\/li>\n<li>Informing the Head of sales about sales performance.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and sending daily sales report to your supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Create store sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Nurture leads in conjunction with marketing to push prospects through the sales cycle (with calls, emails and content distribution)<\/li>\n<li>Effectively involve in the planning and execution of product and sales activation<\/li>\n<li>Support Sales Manager with day-to-day sales operations.<\/li>\n<li>Report on store sales results.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast annually and quarterly profits.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends and discover opportunities for growth.<\/li>\n<li>Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Competency:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years Junior Sales experience.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of an Undergraduate Degree in Sales &amp; Marketing, Business Administration.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft office tools<\/li>\n<li>Availability to travel for research and product development.<\/li>\n<li>Good Interpersonal relationship<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet multiple deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Business acumen interest<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills and ability to manage deadline<\/li>\n<li>Team working ability<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivation<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Ability to reflect on one\u2019s own work as well as the wider consequences in financial decisions<\/li>\n<li>Confident communicator<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:<\/strong><br \/>\nAttractive Basic (N100,000 &#8211; N150,000 monthly) and commission plus other benefits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:jobs@nackonline.com\">jobs@nackonline.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0with the Job Title as the subject of the email (e.g JSMM).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th November, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>If you are not qualified for this position please do not apply.<\/li>\n<li>Only qualified and shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/li>\n<li>Only Candidates who stay within Job location will be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>N.A.C.K is an acronym for the Nigerian Articulate Culture Kullection.
