They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Estate Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of Organisations Real Estate<\/li>\n<li>Attending Court and vetting Court documents<\/li>\n<li>Management of Relationship with Government\/Regulatory Agencies<\/li>\n<li>Debt Recovery<\/li>\n<li>Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and negotiate real estate transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Draft routine leases and amendments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in relevant fields.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 &#8211; 4 years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Real Estate Management and Debt Recovery.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of an LL.b.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of ICSAN is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Litigation experience.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Corporate \/ Commercial law.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in FMCG is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience in title insurance underwriting, curative, and claims.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of foreclosure.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.<\/li>\n<li>Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:thelma.o@fadacresources.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thelma.o@fadacresources.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<br \/>\nOr<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fadacresources.zohorecruit.com\/recruit\/ViewJob.na?digest=N1nn95I8RLzp6NJvjbTifO72byhVNLNCpj.T7gq0O8A-&amp;embedsource=CareerSite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th November, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fadac Resources and Services &#8211; Our client is a group of companies with business focus on manufacturing and trading with more than 3000+ trade partners across the country.
