\n\u2022 Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
\n\u2022 Develop schemes of work and lesson plans.
\n\u2022 Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
\n\u2022 Prepare classroom for class activities.
\n\u2022 Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
\n\u2022 Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
\n\u2022 Use relevant technology to support instruction.
\n\u2022 Observe and evaluate student’s performance and development.
\n\u2022 Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.
\n\u2022 Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development.
\n\u2022 Prepare required reports on students and activities.
\n\u2022 Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs and student organizations.
\n\u2022 Participate in department and school meetings, parent meetings.
\n\u2022 Keep up to date with developments in subject area, teaching resources and methods and make relevant changes to instructional plans and activities.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A degree in Education or a Post Graduate Degree in Education.
\n\u2022 Must have proven past-experiences teaching any of these languages (Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, Efik)
\n\u2022 Must be IT literate and proficient in the operation of Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/p>\n
