Asset Manager:<\/p>\n<p>The company equally seek to employ the services of an asset manager to strengthen its position in the asset management industry .Therefore we would request you to recommend for hire an asset manager with requisite experience and qualifications with the following skills and more.<br \/>\n\u2022General business acumen<br \/>\n\u2022Good knowledge of our business \/ or ability to learn fast<br \/>\n\u2022Excellent IT skills<br \/>\n\u2022Business acumen, Product Knowledge and Relevant Regulations<br \/>\n\u2022Coordinate efforts of the team and create environment for the team members to function effectively<br \/>\n\u2022Must be managing funds presently<br \/>\n\u2022Implement systems that enhance project performance (quality, timeliness and cost)<br \/>\n\u2022Good oral and Written communication<br \/>\n\u2022Must have good working relationship with SEC and NSE<\/p>\n<p>B. Corporate Finance Manager<\/p>\n<p>Due to increased scope and activities in some of our core businesses we also like to hire some brilliant chaps into our Investment Banking Division. We will seek candidates with cognate prior experiences in similar positions with all but not limited to these qualities:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 With good understanding of capital markets and financial securities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience in equity, hybrid or debt instruments either in a corporation, investment bank or investor relations firm.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience in international trade, finance, function of reputable organization especially in the financial services sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Good understanding of capital markets and financial investment securities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Must have functioned in similar role at a managerial level or as a team lead.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Possess ability to structure corporate finance deals<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Liaise with the Securities and Exchange commission<\/p>\n<p>C. Chief Operating Officer:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Must have functioned as a business development executive or corporate sales as a manager or team leader and possess the following qualities ;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Strong general management and demonstrated leadership skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Strong creativity and innovative skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Strong project management skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Strong results oriented day today management skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Excellent problem \u2013 solver to maintain\/increase productivity levels to agreed targets.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Excellent financial and budget management skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to develop, formulate strategy and exercise good judgment<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Adaptable to establish themselves within a new and challenging environment<\/p>\n<p>In addition candidate must also have finance experience and knowledge of factory production.
