We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.<\/li>\n<li>You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.<\/li>\n<li>Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage schedules and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians).<\/li>\n<li>Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Business Administration or relative field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven 3 years experience as an Administrator.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office suits.<\/li>\n<li>Good Analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Organizational and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Interpersonal and Leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must have knowledge of HR practices and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive and own a valid driver&#8217;s licenses.<\/li>\n<li>Must reside within Lekki axis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration: <\/strong>N80,000 monthly<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV \/ Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@pruviaintegrated.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@pruviaintegrated.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of your mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>11th November, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pruvia Integrated Limited &#8211; We are general service merchants with a strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction in the midst of efficient and effective service delivery.
