We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Female Recruitment Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ibadan,\u00a0Oyo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modifying current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising and providing overall guidance to the recruitment team.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating the performance of the recruitment team.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly attend conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Female Recruitment Manager (Preferably From Factory)<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Labour Relations or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years of experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working as a recruiting manager.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR practices.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment software.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent management and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Sound organizational and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:peace.nwachukwu@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>peace.nwachukwu@willerssolutions.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th November, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
