We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Chief Security Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ibadan, Oyo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety and cybersecurity policies.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Fostering a culture of physical and digital security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Managing, evaluating, and resolving any physical or digital security incidents or breaches.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the company&#8217;s security policies comply with federal laws and legislations.<\/li>\n<li>Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.<\/li>\n<li>Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Safety Management, Information Technology Systems or a similar field.<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years\u00a0of experience working as a security manager.<\/li>\n<li>Ex-Police<\/li>\n<li>Must Have Strong Character<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws.<\/li>\n<li>Proven proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Solid communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of cybersecurity.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing government and state laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:peace.nwachukwu@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>peace.nwachukwu@willerssolutions.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th November, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
