We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikoyi, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of cost analysis based on architectural drawings, engineering estimates , materials required and labour involved.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of cost plans to enable design teams produce practical designs for construction projects<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of tender and contract documents , including bill of quantities.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of tenders from contractors and subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and tracking of project progress and the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during contracts<\/li>\n<li>Commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts<\/li>\n<li>Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance wit the business timetable<\/li>\n<li>Supply all relevant information to the Project Director at the specified interval sets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field<\/li>\n<li>Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>You understand the importance of effective communication and influencing skills within teams, vendors, suppliers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.<\/li>\n<li>You are a passionate about solving problems and taking initiatives to improve the status quo<\/li>\n<li>You have great attention to detail and an ability to work independently with limited guidance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@ultimusholdings.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@ultimusholdings.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th November, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ultimus Holdings is a global investment company with the sole purpose of contributing to the sustainable development of African economies.
