We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Internal Control<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To put in place policies and standard operating procedures across the entire operations of the company.Check and ensure total adherence to the company policy and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Daily\/regular review\/check of posting done by Finance staff to facilitate early detection of errors.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic stock taking. A monthly stock taking is recommended. The Individual will agree physical stock to the systems records and differences if any must be investigated and resolved.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous review of processes in order to ensure that inherent process gaps that could lead to error and fraud are closed out immediately once noticed.<\/li>\n<li>To check and ensure there are no wastages and leakages in admin and procurement transactions and indeed across the company.<\/li>\n<li>Review of Bank charges on monthly basis in order to ensure early detection and to ensure that wrong charges are immediately reversed by banks.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed assets verification, Staff Audit and others.<\/li>\n<li>Review and ensure compliance to regulations and laws governing the sector.<\/li>\n<li>To carry out investigation of abuses, error, fraud etc., recommend according to human resources sanction grid and report same directly to the CEO for immediate action.<\/li>\n<li>To check and ensure that all statutory deductions and taxes are remitted as and when due.<\/li>\n<li>To render weekly exceptions report with appropriate recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other functions as assigned by the MD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good First Degree in any Social Science discipline with a minimum of a second class lower or HND equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Masters\u2019 Degree in a related field.<\/li>\n<li>10 years post qualification experience in Internal Control environment,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<\/li>\n<li>Investigative Skills\/Competencies.<\/li>\n<li>Promptness, Accuracy &amp; Detailed.<\/li>\n<li>Visionary competence<\/li>\n<li>Generic Skills<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Focus\/ Orientation<\/li>\n<li>Integrity and Discretion<\/li>\n<li>Initiative\/ Proactive<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurship<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills \/ Problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Resilience, Tenacity and Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:peace.nwachukwu@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">peace.nwachukwu@willerssolutions.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline: <\/b>30th November, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast-paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
