We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Area Sales Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki \/ Ajah, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to employ a driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of Field Sales Representatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining and increasing sales of your company\u2019s products<\/li>\n<li>Reaching the targets and goals set for your area<\/li>\n<li>Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base<\/li>\n<li>Servicing the needs of your existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market<\/li>\n<li>Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting and training sales staff<\/li>\n<li>Allocating areas to sales representatives<\/li>\n<li>Developing sales strategies and setting targets<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring your team\u2019s performance and motivating them to reach targets<\/li>\n<li>Compiling and analysing sales figures<\/li>\n<li>Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself<\/li>\n<li>Collecting customer feedback and market research<\/li>\n<li>Reporting to senior managers<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with products and competitors<\/li>\n<li>Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Manager Vans and sales promoters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc, HND or MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years related experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a reputable FMCG is added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Van sales and sales promoters\u2019 management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@blumenigeria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@blumenigeria.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>1st December, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Blume Nigeria Limited is a privately owned international trading and distribution company.
