We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Maintenance Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.<\/li>\n<li>Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.<\/li>\n<li>Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.<\/li>\n<li>Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ Degree from a vocational school or BSc \/ BA in Business Administration or Facility Management will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Proven at least 3 years experience as maintenance officeror other managerial role<\/li>\n<li>Experience in planning maintenance operations<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to keep track of and report on activity<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities<\/li>\n<li>Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info.cavineventuresltd@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info.cavineventuresltd@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th November, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cavine Ventures Limited is a firm of highly versatile &amp; renowned Human Resources, Organisational Development and Management consultants, with a team of over thirty employees across Nigeria .
