Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CareerHive is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Specialist, SMB<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Sales Specialist SMB will improve sales and overall business growth by designing and delivering a competitive value proposition to SMB targets.<\/li>\n<li>They will have an in-depth understanding of all company products and services and the skills and industry knowledge required to sell them.<\/li>\n<li>They will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to foster effective partnerships \/ relationships in order to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.<\/li>\n<li>If you are an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoy networking and establishing relationships, we&#8217;re excited to talk with you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Functions \/ Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with customers in the assigned territory\/market segment to generate new business for the organization\u2019s products\/services<\/li>\n<li>Seek out key stakeholders and work across customer organizations to identify opportunities, upsell, and close deals<\/li>\n<li>Understand customer requirements and product capabilities on a business and technical level to effectively communicate the unique benefits of our cloud solutions and appropriately set expectations<\/li>\n<li>Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints<\/li>\n<li>Coordinated sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, and technical service groups<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver custom presentations on our Cloud Enterprise solutions<\/li>\n<li>Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize and qualify incoming leads from different sources: Website, Sales Number, Chat, Physical &amp; Online Events.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in trade shows and conventions.<\/li>\n<li>Reach out to set of leads in specific verticals and qualify them<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers as well<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up for collection of payments<\/li>\n<li>Implement the company\u2019s marketing plans as required<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration and help define business approach with Sales Specialists in your team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business or Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years experience in business development, Strategy and Sales or related field<\/li>\n<li>Previous working experience in sales, business development or related field<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Technical Sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of Google messaging and collaboration products and\/or Microsoft O365\/Azure<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated track record of meeting\/exceeding goals as an individual contributor.<\/li>\n<li>Successful experience building a territory from little or nothing.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive client facing skills and the ability to work independently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:yetunde@thecareerhive.com\">yetunde@thecareerhive.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using \u2018Sales Specialist\u2019 as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline: <\/b>30th November, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CareerHive is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: &nbsp;
