We are recruiting\u00a0<strong>Product Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Product Manager will be required to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Contributes and implements marketing strategy for the assigned products to achieve the sales, profit and growth performance objectives in the annual budget.<br \/>\n\u2022 Contributes to the development and the validation of long range planning and forecasting models.<br \/>\n\u2022 Contributes to the development of positioning and key strategies for the brand.<br \/>\n\u2022 Implements the marketing plans and key strategies.<br \/>\n\u2022 Integral part of cross-functional brand team &#8211; fosters working relationships across Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Sales and Finance Departments.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develops relations with Sales Managers and Representatives where appropriate to drive business growth.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manages all business and promotional activities in accordance with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards, including internal procedures.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintains and updates the market intelligence databases.<br \/>\n\u2022 Evaluates the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programmes, using set guidelines, and makes recommendations for improvements within internal guidelines.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manages working relationships with advertising agencies and other servicing companies.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking candidates with following Qualifications and Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Scientific background (medicine, pharmacy, biochemistry, etc.) and\/or business education (specialization in Marketing could be an advantage).<br \/>\n\u2022 2-3 years product management or other pharmaceutical management experience<br \/>\n\u2022 In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its distribution system<br \/>\n\u2022 Effective strategic planning abilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to communicate commercial value of our products to target audience<br \/>\n\u2022 Creative ability<br \/>\n\u2022 Sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical market<br \/>\n\u2022 Computer skills must include working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook<br \/>\n\u2022 Effective forecasting, budgeting skills, Negotiation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Goal and results oriented<\/p>\n<p>Qualified candidates should please send CVs to <strong>vacancy@rs-hunter.com<\/strong> indicating the position applied for.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At RS Hunter, we are committed to workforce development within the business.
