We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project &amp; Facility Maintenance Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ota, Ogun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all construction, remodelling, and refurbishment projects across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Improving operational efficiency by effectively managing the organization&#8217;s infrastructure, space, and assets.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor facility usage, operations, and equipment maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and manage the company&#8217;s assets by determining and evaluating facility needs, acquiring the appropriate asset with due regard for space utilization, management, and highest and best usage.<\/li>\n<li>Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or re-organizing of current facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage the technical development strategy and implementation of the project team.<\/li>\n<li>Source and procure projects\/maintenance materials\/spares and usage control.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare building maintenance\/checklists and ensure that they are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of the organization\u2019s facility management metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect the facility and grounds to identify areas that need maintenance, cleaning, updates, or other types of attention.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee facility maintenance, repair, construction, and the entire project team and instructing them on the necessary tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise, manage, and organize onsite contractors<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with contractors, communities, and relevant agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee site management, contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure that all work is completed according to established practices, procedures, specifications, and standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proactive connection with vendors and contractors to reflect our shared vision for facility development and construction.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of all payments to and contracts with suppliers and contractors, as well as budget management to ensure that these services are delivered in a cost-effective manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that facilities comply with federal rules as well as environmental, health, and security requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to ensure a healthy and safe working environment as well as compliance with federal, state, and local government standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Educational Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Management Studies \/ Building Tech \/ Engineering discipline with Project Management Certifications<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 years<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have completed their NYSC programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Building &amp; facility management.<\/li>\n<li>Risk management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Budget management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Procurement &amp; Negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/pages\/responsepage.aspx?id=DnTLtnT30kKH4RHMEyL3tTO_Q8K397VIkkkNJfeN88hUN1AxWDdWOEJDSEZNMkJZVlE5UVhJNzZVTy4u\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Monday, 22nd November, 2021 at 12:00 AM.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fidson Healthcare Plc, proudly Nigerian, is a leading pharmaceutical company which has evolved from being a distributor for multinationals in 1995 to full-fledged manufacturing, sales and marketing company with a&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[54],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Fidson Healthcare Plc Available Job Opportunity - Apply Now!
