We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Collection Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing the company debtor list.<\/li>\n<li>Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.<\/li>\n<li>Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating suitable payment plans.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining customer payment records.<\/li>\n<li>Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.<\/li>\n<li>Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.<\/li>\n<li>Responding to customer queries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must have effective communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work with basic office software<\/li>\n<li>Must have good negotiation and persuasive skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to resume immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic: N40,000 Monthly.<\/li>\n<li>Commission: N20,000 &#8211; N40,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:emmanuel@mktrend.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>emmanuel@mktrend.net<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>6th December, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Shortlisted candidates will be contacted and should be willing to attend interview and resume on short notice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MK Trend Limited is one of the leading HR consulting and outsourcing firms in the country.
