We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting Line<\/strong>: The COO will report directly to the CEO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description \/ Scope of Work:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our organization\u2019s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company\u2019s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business and provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business.<\/li>\n<li>The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of IT and business concepts. You\u2019ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we\u2019d like to meet you.<\/li>\n<li>The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Provide inspired leadership company-wide<\/li>\n<li>Establish policies that promote company culture and vision<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Budgeting etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Manage projects effectively to ensure delivery to specifications, on time and within budget<\/li>\n<li>Supervise company infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Build quality assurance and data protection processes<\/li>\n<li>Monitor KPIs and budgets to assess performance<\/li>\n<li>Communicate strategy to partners and investors<\/li>\n<li>Achieve sales targets sets by the company<\/li>\n<li>Develop and sustain positive feedback from customers and key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Use stakeholders\u2019 feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments<\/li>\n<li>Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth and lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication<\/li>\n<li>Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance<\/li>\n<li>Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with partners\/vendors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc \/ BA in Computer Science, Business Administration or relevant field; MSc \/ MBA is a plus<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 5 &#8211; 7 years working experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant management role<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as Project Manager. Project management certification is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing ICT projects is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing etc.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of budgets and business-planning<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development<\/li>\n<li>Competency in business process design and optimization<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of data analysis and performance\/operation metrics<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to conduct technological analyses and research<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN250,000 &#8211; N300,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should submit their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@mrtnetsolutions.com\">hr@mrtnetsolutions.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>6th December, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MRT Net Solutions is an IT company dedicated to continuously enhancing the productivity of businesses in Nigeria through the implementation of Information Technology.
