We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos Mainland, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced professional with the experience and capacity to develop and implement strategic HR services at a client\u2019s office.<\/li>\n<li>Ideal Candidate must have experience in core HR functions including (but not limited to) Payroll Management, Compensation &amp; Benefits, Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning &amp; Development and Employee Engagement, etc.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she must possess prior experience in starting up and managing a Human Resource department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, initiate and implement all Human Resource programs and projects and also provide\u00a0required feedback on all Human Resource strategies and monitor performance of all-new programs.<\/li>\n<li>Create and implement a standard operating procedure (SOP) to include compensation approvals (payroll &amp; cycle approvals), and recruitment processes etc.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement organizational charts, Job profiles and HR Budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop an employee handbook of policies to include vacation policy, sick policy, time off policy, grievance policy, annual performance reviews etc.<\/li>\n<li>Formulate strategic and practical plans for new hire onboarding\/induction and background checks.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare annual staffing plans and projections.<\/li>\n<li>Develop training plans for all employees<\/li>\n<li>Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices<\/li>\n<li>Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc. Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years Cognate Experience (with at least 2 years prior experience in consulting).<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification is an added advantage (i.e. CIPM, CIPD)<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Must be a high performer requiring minimal supervision in order to deliver individually and inspire results from team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills with exceptional people management and consulting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess strong project management and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:<\/strong><br \/>\nN150,000 &#8211; N170,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:peace.nwachukwu@willerssloutions.com\">peace.nwachukwu@willerssloutions.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th December, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
