We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Steward \/ Caterer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service<\/li>\n<li>Serve food &amp; Beverage in all aspects of the dining experience<\/li>\n<li>Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way<\/li>\n<li>Have knowledge of continental dishes<\/li>\n<li>Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards<\/li>\n<li>Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cleaning schedule is adhered to and to the required standard<\/li>\n<li>Sweep, mop and polish kitchen and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Clean lights, fans, chairs and tables<\/li>\n<li>Make sure all areas of the bars and restaurants are clean<\/li>\n<li>Clean and mop lounge bar and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Stock stipulated Food &amp; Beverage areas with ice, as required<\/li>\n<li>Make sure bar and restaurant equipment is correctly stored<\/li>\n<li>Transport used linen to and from Housekeeping\/Laundry for use in Food &amp; Beverage service areas<\/li>\n<li>Stock and tidy up Store Room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primary School Education<\/li>\n<li>Previous service experience an asset<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs<\/li>\n<li>Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting<\/li>\n<li>Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Highly responsible &amp; reliable<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N200,000 &#8211; N300,000 Monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:avanthalogen18@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">avanthalogen18@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Steward \/ Caterer&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th December, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are open to anyone, whether currently in Nigeria or not.<\/li>\n<li>If we do not find an expatriate, we can consider a Nigerian who has vast knowledge\/experience of continental dishes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avant Halogen is an integrated talent risk management and outsourcing solutions company.
