The Industrial Training Fund(ITF)<\/strong> and the Nigerian Employers\u2019 Consultative Association (NECA), in colloboration with Nigerian Breweries PLC, wish to admit qualified young Nigerians of sound character and learning potential to undertake an intensive 6 \u2013 9months training programme on Technical Skills Development in the following areas:<\/p>\n Applicants should not be above 22 years as at time of application.<\/p>\n Shortlisted applicants will go through a selection exercise(Aptitude test, oral interview, and medical examination). Candidates will arrange their own transportation, accommodation and feeding during the exercise.<\/p>\n Job Remuneration<\/strong>
. Basic Mechanical Maintenance
. Pump Operation, Alignment & Maintenance, Packaging Machine Operation
. Basic Automation & Process Instrumentation
. Process Technological Control
. Hands on Training(Attachment)
With the following objectives:<\/strong>
1. To train and equip youths with self or employable skills in the vocational arears above
2. To promote a Public-Private Sector Model in Vocational\/Technical Skills Training and contribute to capacity development.
Job Requirements<\/strong>
Candidates must possess NABTEB?WAEC TECH. \/C&G Certificate with passes in English Language, Mathematics and threee other related subjects in the following trades: Mechanical & Engineering Craft, Electrical & Installation Maintenance, Welding & Fabrication, Instrumentation, Radio & TV Installation & Maintenance.<\/p>\n
Successful candidates will enjoy free tuition and lunch. It is a non-residential training at the technical Learning Centre, Nigerian Breweries Plc, Ibadan.
Trainees will not be entitled to Salary during the period of training. Trainees will be entitled to have hands-on training in any Nigerian Breweries location in Lagos, Aba, Kaduna, Ibadan and Enugu. This programme does not confer Nigerian Breweries employee status on the candidates.<\/p>\n
