We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos Mainland, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer all client questions and incoming calls.<\/li>\n<li>Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.<\/li>\n<li>Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.<\/li>\n<li>Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, organize and forward emails.<\/li>\n<li>Track and order office equipment and supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records and files.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the office budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND from a reputable University<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years of experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be very energetic and outspoken<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft word package<\/li>\n<li>Must have good interpersonal and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV (MS Word format) to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>28th December, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
