We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Internal Auditor (Legal Background)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to hire an internal auditor with brilliant accounting and analytical skills. Internal auditors are expected to be organized with brilliant problem-solving skills and constantly deliver on tight deadlines. You should have an outstanding aptitude for math, strong IT skills and superb communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure success, internal auditors must be critical thinkers with a keen interest in improving an organization\u2019s internal control structure. Top candidates will have remarkable presentation and report writing skills, and display incredible business acumen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.<\/li>\n<li>Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage resources and audit assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.<\/li>\n<li>Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and\/or Risk Committees.<\/li>\n<li>Overall supervision of planned annual audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Internal Auditing, Financial Accounting or Financial Management (essential).<\/li>\n<li>5 years of work experience in an internal audit environment and fraud auditing experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must Have Legal Background<\/li>\n<li>Accreditation with the Institute of Internal Auditors.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional accounting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:peace.nwachukwu@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">peace.nwachukwu@willerssolutions.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th December, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
