\/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Nature of Employment:<\/strong> Remote\/Virtual (Full-time)<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Investment Advisory and Corporate Finance<br \/>\n<strong>Report to:<\/strong> Chief Executive Officer (CEO)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops and maintains a corporate, individual, and government client base.<\/li>\n<li>Researches, analyses, and interprets financial information and market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Develops financial models to analyze deals and offers to determine viability and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Offers expert advice on investment tactics and methods.<\/li>\n<li>Secures and arranges mergers and acquisitions on behalf of clients.<\/li>\n<li>Buys and sells investments, stocks, and trusts on behalf of clients.<\/li>\n<li>Develops thorough knowledge of regulatory and legal issues in the financial industry.<\/li>\n<li>Assists clients with restructuring large debt obligations by negotiating agreements with financial institutions and government agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies innovative business opportunities to help clients expand and grow,<\/li>\n<li>Guides clients through expansion of corporate or personal enterprise to maximize profits.<\/li>\n<li>Works with clients to determine amounts of capital needed to meet business goals, and identifies markets or products from which to raise capital.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares legal and financial documents to complete purchases, investments, and acquisitions.<\/li>\n<li>Consults with lawyers and other financial experts as necessary to ensure legality and the best possible outcome for new deals.<\/li>\n<li>Driving the budgeting, financial planning and investments processes throughout TMC\u2019s network and collaborates with the Firm\u2019s local and international partners on network transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and analyzing key business metrics to help guide decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.<\/li>\n<li>Managing relationships with partners\/vendors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ MBA \/ M.Sc<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification -CFA\/ICAN\/CIBN<\/li>\n<li>At least 8-10 years proven experience in the role or relevant roles.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable competence in strategic planning and business development.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in data analysis and performance\/operation metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modelling, report writing and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in fundraising projects.<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.<\/li>\n<li>Good leadership and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Sound presentation and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of IT\/Business
