Altara is built on serving the underbanked and the otherwise financially excluded.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Direct Sales Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ilorin, Kwara<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The primary focus of this position is to generate revenue, drive channel penetration and improve brand visibility for the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing for possible clients.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the sales of products in a professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Create awareness for the company\u2019s products.<\/li>\n<li>Administer and ensure compliance with all sale objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with customers and provide various company plans and services and detailed quotes for all required information<\/li>\n<li>Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources<\/li>\n<li>Achieving the assigned target in terms of sales and revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Strictly follow compliance policy and ensure all company and business unit policies, procedures and processes are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in all meetings and training as required<\/li>\n<li>Carry out other deliverables as assigned by the Team lead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of an OND in related discipline<\/li>\n<li>1 year of work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a sales agent, business development or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.<\/li>\n<li>Sound Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to work with a team<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to process improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Numeracy and analytical ability<\/li>\n<li>Creativity and imagination<\/li>\n<li>Influencing and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Business and commercial acumen<\/li>\n<li>Persuasion skills<\/li>\n<li>Driven and ambitious.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send a copy of their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:miyoha.altara@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>miyoha.altara@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title and Location as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st\u00a0December, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Multiple applications will be disqualified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Altara Credit Limited (\u201cAltara\u201d) is a Nigerian consumer and business services venture.
