Due to expansion, they are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: IT Support Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Installing and configuring client computer systems.<\/li>\n<li>Responding to client IT support requests.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.<\/li>\n<li>Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.<\/li>\n<li>Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.<\/li>\n<li>Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining good client relations.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and managing work records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Shell.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.<\/li>\n<li>Good time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think critically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:thelma.o@fadacresources.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>thelma.o@fadacresources.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>29th January, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fadac Resources and Services Limited &#8211; Our client is a large Consumer Durable Distribution Conglomerate with more than 3000+ trade partners across the country.
