APIN is a leading Nigerian organization in the provision of prevention, care and treatment services to patients with HIV\/AIDS, Tuberculosis; Malaria; Reproductive Health; Family Planning; Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, and other non-communicable diseases of public health significance. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Assistant Technical Officer, Monitoring &amp; Evaluation (M&amp;E)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abeokuta, Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Requisition ID:<\/strong> api-21672<br \/>\n<strong>Employment type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Strategic Information<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Task:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The desired candidates will work with the state M&amp;E team to support the implementation of robust monitoring and evaluation systems for the State.<\/li>\n<li>S\/He will be responsible for collating data at the LGA level (Konshisha) and ensuring quality data reporting for the State program.<\/li>\n<li>S\/He will conduct timely review and analysis of state-level data and provide monthly feedback to the state Technical teams and other levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must possess a First Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Behavioural \/ Social Sciences, Public Health, Demography, Biostatistics, Statistics, or a relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of five\u00a0(5) years of experience in the field of HIV prevention, care, and treatment services.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess the ability to analyze and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to inform programming.<\/li>\n<li>Must have intermediate knowledge of SPSS or STATA or knowledge of DHIS, MS-Access or other compatible database software will be of added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience conducting monitoring visits, utilizing checklists and other tools, including the ability to develop M&amp;E tools as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the socio-cultural contexts of Benue state will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.apin.org.ng\/vacancies.html?jid=42218-assistant-technical-officer-monitoring-evaluation-m-e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th December, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>APIN Public Health Initiatives Limited\/Gte, formerly known as AIDS Prevention Initiative in Nigeria is a non-governmental organization registered with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
