We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Temporary<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Company Director<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position provides the opportunity to work on exciting communications programs for reputable pharmaceutical products, by acting as an account executive (junior project manager) with Personal Assistant administrative duties.<\/li>\n<li>The successful new hire must possess strong writing skills, a proven interest in Nigeria\u2019s healthcare system, extreme attention to detail and some experience translating complex science\/data issues into consumer-friendly messages and materials.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates will also be an early adopter of digital communications and social media marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Bunsen HCA is a sister company to Bunsen Communications Liimted, a UK based company. Consequently, the account executive\u2019s responsibilities will occasionally be split between both UK and Nigerian project work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nSupport with administrative tasks, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electronic filing maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft excel data import and export<\/li>\n<li>Develop post-meeting minutes<\/li>\n<li>Development and maintenance of \u2018clientele and business partners\u2019 database<\/li>\n<li>Support the drafting and execution of market research activities<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong supplier and partners relationships<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of communication materials: timelines, project plans, presentation slides formatting, faculty biographies, reports, communications documents<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the management of project budgets; assist with the proposal and budget development, tracking, billing and internal communications<\/li>\n<li>Post-probation: Ability to develop relationships with third party organisations, physicians and caregivers, and to attend external meetings and events representing the agency (medical conferences, third party events, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Assistant duties to the Company Director<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support with adhoc requests<\/li>\n<li>Assist with journey planning for national trips<\/li>\n<li>Support with short-let social media marketing, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or higher, preferably in Biomedical Sciences or Mass Communications, or similar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 &#8211; 2 years&#8217; experience as a Junior Account Executive in a communication agency, or similar position<\/li>\n<li>Genuine interest in the healthcare industry, particularly as regards marketing and medical education, and compliance training within Nigeria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook \/ Gmail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent numeracy<\/li>\n<li>Proven organisational and planning abilities<\/li>\n<li>Proactivity and problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Employment Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a three-month temporary position, that will be considered for full-time permanent employment before the probationary period is over. At this point, discussions can be had regarding corporate health insurance coverage.<\/li>\n<li>During the first three months the holiday allowance is 5 holiday days, excluding National holidays. You are required to work 4.5 days a week, finishing at 1pm on Fridays. Monday to Thursday is standard working hours from 9am-5pm &#8216;office\u2019 based.
